Victorville to host meeting on Old Town retail property opportunities April 9

Victorville will hold a networking meeting on March 20 for those interested in retail property in the city’s Old Town area.

The event aims to connect property and business owners, brokers, lenders, developers, entrepreneurs, and city officials. According to a statement from the city, the session is scheduled for April 9 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Victorville City Hall.

Attendees will have the chance to learn about business and investment opportunities, available private properties, as well as city incentives and resources. The meeting will also cover public-private partnerships that could help with development efforts.

Old Town Victorville is located mainly along 7th and D streets. The area is currently undergoing renovations intended to transform it into a viable shopping district.
