Snapchat has expanded its availability to Amazon Fire Tablets, allowing users to download the app through the Amazon Appstore. This move makes Snapchat accessible to Fire OS users worldwide.

The app offers a similar experience on Fire Tablets as it does on Android and iOS devices. Users can access features such as Chat, Stories, Lenses, and Spotlight. In addition, those subscribed to Snapchat+, which now has over 17 million subscribers globally, will have full access to their membership benefits on Fire Tablets.

A spokesperson stated: “Amazon Fire Tablets are a popular choice for entertainment, learning, and staying in touch. With Snapchat now available on Fire Tablets, it’s easier than ever for people around the world to create, capture, and share the everyday moments that matter most.”

According to Snap Inc., more than 900 million people use Snapchat each month. The company said this launch is part of an ongoing effort to make the platform accessible across more devices and platforms so that friends and families everywhere can stay connected and express themselves.
