The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has announced an extension to the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference. The event is scheduled for October 20-22, 2025, at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Participants now have until Monday, September 15, 2025, to register.
This year’s conference theme is “Leaders and Legends.” According to organizers, the event will recognize the contributions of retirees while also focusing on future efforts within the union.
“This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”
Attendees can expect a range of activities including guest speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities with other IAM members. A special tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is planned for Wednesday, October 22.
The IAM encourages all interested retirees and future retirees to register before the new deadline.
