Disney Experiences has announced changes in its leadership team. Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, stated that Michael Moriarty will become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Disney Experiences. Moriarty will take over from Kevin Lansberry, who is set to retire in February 2026 after a 39-year career at Disney.

Lansberry’s tenure included various roles at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts, covering Finance, Business Development, Alliances, and Operations. He also served as interim CFO for The Walt Disney Company in 2023.

Moriarty has nearly twenty years of experience with Disney. His previous positions include CFO at Walt Disney Imagineering and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, as well as finance leadership roles at Walt Disney World Resort. For the last five years, he was President and Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. During his time there, the resort expanded with the opening of World of Frozen and started a year-long celebration for its 20th anniversary.
