Each week, new filings are added to proceedings that affect California’s utility services and consumers. These filings include Proposed Decisions, new complaints, and applications that may influence future policy and regulatory actions.

For the week of August 4–8, 2025, there were no Proposed Decisions open for public comment.

Two new proceedings were filed. On August 1, PacifiCorp submitted an application (A25-08-001) seeking approval for its 2026 energy and gas-related forecast as well as reconciliation of costs and revenues. This application aims to set cost recovery forecasts and align revenues for the coming year. More information on this filing is available through the CPUC’s Docket Card.

On August 8, the Center for Accessible Technology filed a request (A25-08-002) for intervenor compensation related to its contribution to Resolution E‑5395. The organization seeks reimbursement for reasonable costs incurred during its participation in the Commission’s decisionmaking process.

The California Public Utilities Commission encourages public engagement by allowing written comments on Proposed Decisions via each proceeding’s Docket Card. Stakeholders can also subscribe to updates using a proceeding number through the Commission’s Subscription Service.
