California hotels announce extensive Black Friday travel deals statewide

California hotels and resorts are offering a wide range of Black Friday travel deals for 2025, with many discounts available online before Thanksgiving and extending through Cyber Monday, Travel Tuesday, and beyond. Travelers can find reduced rates at inns, hotels, ski resorts, and theme parks across the state.

Skiers can benefit from early booking discounts. For example, Big Bear Mountain is offering $100 off passes purchased by December 1. Mt. Shasta Ski Park in the Shasta Cascade region is providing up to 50 percent off season passes.

In Northern California, Four Sisters Inns in Mendocino are giving up to 40 percent off Sunday–Thursday stays and 25 percent off on weekends until March 5 for bookings made by December 1 using code SECRETSALE. The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa offers a 30 percent discount along with a $30 daily resort credit and waived resort fee for stays through December 31, 2026; reservations must be made by December 3 after joining their rewards program. Silverado Resort in Napa has a deal where guests receive half off their second night plus a $50 resort credit if they stay at least two nights; this offer applies to select dates through the end of 2026 when booked by December 2 with promo code CYPO.

The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn is participating with up to 30 percent off two-night minimum stays between November 28 and May 31 for those who book by December 1.

Central California options include Tenaya at Yosemite near Mariposa County’s park entrance, which gives guests a chance to save 30 percent on stays from November 30 through April 25, 2026 if booked by December 1. Alisal Ranch outside Solvang provides up to half off select dates in its package that includes meals and activities; newsletter subscribers get early access starting November 17 before it opens to the public on November 25 for bookings until December 3.

El Capitan Hotel in Merced offers a rate reduction of up to 35 percent (promo code CYBER25) plus a daily food-and-drink credit for bookings made by December 1 valid through September 2026. Five KSL Resorts properties in San Luis Obispo County have “Best Sale of the Year” promotions—up to half off—for reservations made by December 2 for stays through the end of 2026.

Southern California deals feature Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach giving guests an automatic discount of 30 percent plus credits if booked by December 3 for visits through late 2026. Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach in Dana Point advertises savings up to half price on select dates into April 2026; bookings close on December 3.

Terranea Resort on Rancho Palos Verdes peninsula has discounts as high as sixty percent plus view upgrades and tiered resort credits depending on length of stay when using promo code HOLIDAY; reservations must be completed by December 2 for eligible dates until March 31, 2026.

Hilton Anaheim offers reductions up to twenty-five percent for those who book before mid-December for visits until April next year.

Death Valley National Park lodges present their “Thankful for Travel Sale,” including twenty-percent savings at The Inn at Death Valley or thirty-percent at The Ranch at Death Valley between late November and February when reserved before December eight.

San Diego’s Paradise Point is taking thirty-five percent off multi-night stays from early next month into October two years ahead—parking fees are also waived if booked before this coming weekend ends. Other notable Southern California promotions include discounted admissions or packages at LEGOLAND California (up to fifty-percent), reduced rates at Fairmont Grand Del Mar (forty-percent), Estancia La Jolla Resort & Spa (thirty- or thirty-five-percent), Bahia Resort Hotel/Catamaran Resort (fifty- or thirty-percent), Casa Del Zorro near Anza-Borrego Desert State Park (third night free plus credits), Palm Springs’ Saguaro hotel (thirty-five-percent), among others—all requiring advance booking within specified windows as outlined per property website or promotional codes.

Travelers interested in these limited-time offers should check individual hotel websites or contact them directly regarding specific blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, restrictions, or eligibility conditions associated with each promotion.
