A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees or specialized training in labor/employee relations are preferred. Experience supporting large hourly workforces and using metrics to drive improvements is necessary. Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, organizational abilities, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Travel is a significant component of this role—up to 50% domestically—and candidates must be comfortable traveling on short notice. The position supports sites throughout one or more operational regions but can be based anywhere in the United States.
