Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for its Los Angeles location. The company emphasizes innovation and aims to make it easier for customers to access medications by reducing barriers, offering transparent pricing, providing 24/7 customer support, and delivering medications directly to customers’ homes.

The role of the Pharmacy Manager includes oversight of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing a team of technicians and pharmacists, and maintaining a focus on patient safety. The manager will also handle daily operations such as dispensing medications, fulfilling prescriptions from start to finish, verifying orders, and ensuring that deliveries meet expected timelines in partnership with co-located facilities and transportation teams.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, experience in process improvement techniques such as Lean methodologies, management experience in similar environments, familiarity with staffing processes including hiring and performance management, strong communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, project management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility in work schedules (including weekends or nights), and interest in career development across multiple sites.
